Q: Is there a min I need to spend?

There is no minimum to spend to apply a discount however the maximum is $1000.

Q: How can I make sure my cartoon design turns out detailed?

Make sure you are sending a high-quality png photo. Do not send screenshots, cropped photos or dark photos to be cartooned.

Q: What if I don't like it?

Please provide as much detail as possible when it comes to custom design. We are able to make changes to the design till you are happy but we are not able to change or scrap and start a new theme for the design. Please check out the examples on Instagram stories to see the style we work in. All design sales are final. Don't hesitate to reach out before placing an order for a custom design.

Q: I lost my artwork file. I only have a photo of my old sticker or design.

No problem we have a redesign service where we take your low-resolution photo or design and redraw it and make it pdf ready.

Q: How long does it take to get my design made?

Usually, a logo design takes around 3-4 days but we give an estimate 1-week wait time since each logo is different. Cartoon car designs are more straightforward and take 2-3 days to complete.
