Online Proof
Once an order is placed our team will send out a digital proof within 24 business hours. A notification will be sent by email to open a link on our website to view the proof preview.
You do not have to create an account to view your preview but we highly recommend creating one to experience easy order history access and reorders.
You will be able to approve or reject and request changes till you are happy. If you are not satisfied with the online preview you may request to cancel the order.
Once the order is approved we send it directly to the printers and the artwork cannot be changed or canceled. So please make any changes before clicking approve. The printing process is 2 business days before your custom order is shipped. Open Mon-Fri, except holidays.
If an order is not approved or rejected within 72 hours the order will auto-approve and head to production that way there are no further delays with shipment. Orders auto approved cannot be canceled.
